Road To Colossus is a feature-length documentary video exposing the search to meet the author
of the infamous and ubiquitous boxcar graffito
Colossus of Roads. The video is both artifact
from the searching for a myth as well as the destruction of that very same myth.
So it was on a cold May morning that a friend and I left from our hometown of Reno with a
video camera and our bicycles. After a year of correspondence, a month of cross-country
travel, and 34 years of his own railroad tagging, we finally met the author of the graffiti icon
synonymous with the railroad.
