Big Urban Game
Tic Tac Road is a GPS game developed for mobile phones that can be played anywhere
manholes and fired hydrants are present. In this 2-player game,
players take Manhattan manholes or fire hydrants by photographing them and uploading
them to "xoroad". However unlike the flawed game of tic tac toe the players x's and
o's are located in physical space and points are earned due to proximity and alignment.
The further one's x's or o's the more points they recieve and only locations within a
straight line are counted. The combination of mobile technology and gps add to this
famous childhood game to create a new type of play.
